Shipping Information:
Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receipt from our Hollis, Maine location, although there are occasionally exceptions. We typically let you know if it will take more than 1 - 2 days to ship a product. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post. Estimated shipping time within the continental United States is 3 - 7 days, and shipments to Hawaii or Alaska could take 10 - 12 business days or longer. Shipping is free in the Continental US and we ship at a reduced rate (which means we subsidize some of the shipping cost) to Alaska and Hawaii.
We will ship to countries outside of the United States. Please e-mail us at info@moontreehandworks.com for further information about shipping outside the United States, as we will need to discuss shipping costs and wiring issues.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED! We stand behind the products we sell and we believe in the quality of our products. Our reputation for fairness and integrity is priceless to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 60 days of receiving it. No questions! No hard feelings! Please inspect all products upon receipt. To return a purchase, please follow the directions below.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes.
Please complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number.
Once the product is received at our location in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and original condition.
Our Replacement Policy
We take pride in the construction of our products and in the packaging of our shipments. However, in the event that harm occurs in transit, or if you discover defects in the manufacture of a product, please complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address to the outside of the box. You will be issued a refund on your original merchandise. We will also refund your costs to return the product to us! You will be refunded what WE paid to ship to you, regardless of what you paid for return shipping. You may be refunded slightly more or less than you paid.
